Lea is some combination of therapist, translator and incredible talent-radar. We worked together for many years while I was the ECD of Wieden+Kennedy in Portland, an office of 650 people. When I arrived in LA to run Mother’s tiny office here she was top on my list of people to call. Literally the day she left Wieden and could help, I was on the phone with her. It was a matter of hours.

This, I hope, is all you need to hear but if you need more I will explain. Our business is talent based. That’s it. Without that, nothing else matters. Lea helps with this. She is the best at the most important part of what we do. That makes her pretty important.
